This way, you can easily test our TeraRanger Evo sensor variants and determine which is best for your project. All sensor modules are factory calibrated and come with user manuals, sample codes as well as graphical user interfaces to get you up and running in no time.

Evo 60m evaluation kit

The kit includes a single TeraRanger Evo 60m sensor - our flagship long-range Time-of-Flight range finder based on infrared LED technology which outputs distance values in millimeters. The kit includes two clip-on, interchangeable interface boards: USB and I2C/UART. If this is the first time you are testing IR LED Time-of-Flight technology or solid state lidars, this is the kit you should get.

Evo Thermal sensors evaluation kit

TeraRanger Evo Thermal is a passive infrared camera that outputs a temperature reading in decikelvin for each pixel using a microbolometer. It offers a 32x32 pixel resolution, making it ideal for measuring temperature variations and hot spot monitoring. The kit includes 2 lightweight sensor modules: TeraRanger Evo Thermal 90 (wide 90° FoV) and TeraRanger Evo Thermal 33 (longer range, narrower 33° FoV) as well as two clip-on, interchangeable interface boards: USB and UART. If you are looking for a tiny lightweight and affordable thermal camera for monitoring applications, this kit is made for you.

Evo ToF sensors evaluation kit

The kit includes 3 different compact Time-of-Flight sensor modules based on our modular Evo platform: TeraRanger Evo 60m (single-pixel long-range sensor), TeraRanger Evo 3m (single-pixel short-range sensor) and TeraRanger Evo 64px (8x8 pixel depth camera). Each sensor outputs distance measurements in millimeters for each pixel. The kit also includes four clip-on, interchangeable interface boards: 2 x USB and 2 x I2C/UART. If you are wondering which IR LED Time-of-Flight sensor module is best for your application, then this kit will facilitate your decision-making process.

TeraRanger Evo sensors are plug and play, meaning it is easy to integrate them with a wide range of platforms, including ROS, Pixhawk, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Odroid and many more!

Customizable modular technology

All TeraRanger Evo sensors consist of an optoelectronic sensing device (the black module) and a communication interface (the yellow module) which simply plugs-in to provide the sensor with its communication link and power management capabilities. Choose from USB, I2C, and UART clip-on interfaces to best suit your application needs.
